Como Engineers is pleased to announce that it has been awarded by Erdene Resource Development Corporation the supply contract for a gold elution plant for their Bayan Khundii Gold Project located in Bayankhongor Province, Mongolia.
Como Engineers has been working closely with Erdene to provide a tailored three tonne Pressure Zadra Gold Elution Plant complete with regeneration kiln and gold room to fit within the confines of a dedicated enclosed building for the 1,800 tonnes per day CIP gold process plant.
Bayan Khundii is located three hours drive from the nearest town and experiences temperatures ranging from below -35 degrees Celsius in winter to over 35 degrees Celsius in summer.
The ease of transport, erection on site and commissioning that the modular design will provide are all key factors in the reasons behind the successful bid.
Como Engineers is proud to be able to support Erdene for the development of the Bayan Khundii operation which is scheduled for first gold production in late 2023.
