Como Engineers personnel enrolled in a Provide First Aid course to refresh some of our previous training and to familiarise ourselves with some of the new techniques for providing first aid.
In total 10 people gave their time to be better able to assist work colleagues and family in the event that they may need help.
At the end of the course everyone was happy to say that they had become more confident to perform appropriate first aid procedures and basic life support skills.
It was good to be working with colleagues knowing that in the event of an emergency they would have your back.
