Poseidon Nickel Limited are pleased to award the Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS) for the Windarra Gold Tailings Project located near Laverton, Western Australia to Como Engineers Pty Ltd.
The Como Engineers win follows on from the work conducted for the Scoping/Pre-Feasibility phase.
The processing at Windarra involves the hydraulic mining of the tailings dams and transport via a slurry pipeline to the proposed Windarra processing facility. Como Engineers will manage the test work programme, flowsheet development and process plant design to develop a capital and operating cost estimate (+/- 15%).
